Since inception in 1964, Silhouette has prided itself on innovation in eyewear—developing the technology and materials necessary to achieve the perfect design is the continuous mission. Giving eyeglass wearers a better experience has been the result.
In 1991, while searching for a new ultra-lightweight material, Silhouette began production of eyewear primarily made of Titanium. In 1999, Silhouette crafted Titan Minimal Art, the world’s first rimless eyewear that is distinguished by the absence of both screws and hinges.
Today, Silhouette continues its quest toward perfection in lightweight rimless eyewear with the latest development and implementation of High Tech Titanium.
