We had a patient stop by our St. Joseph office not too long ago. It was her first experience with Rx Optical, and afterwards, she was very happy to tell us about how the whole thing went.
In her review, our patient said, “Dr. Diana Haskins was so fun to work with. ‘Fun,’ you say? Yes, fun. She was candid, personable, caring, to the point (I like that about a person), and she also answered all of my questions. She was simply nice and refreshing. And she had great shoes!”
Our patient goes on to say, “I am telling you; this staff is great. I do not see myself going anywhere else, and I’m glad that my insurance guided me to this place.”

One of our Cascade patients had an incident that ended with some broken glasses. Our staff was happy to help.
“Over the weekend, I was careless with my glasses and accidentally snapped off one of the nose pads…I figured I would give [Rx Optical] a shot, and I’m very glad that I did,” says our patient. “Even though there were at least two customers in the store in addition to me at the time, I was able to go in and get my issue sorted out in under ten minutes. Both of the pads were replaced, and the glasses are now as good as new!”
